A home for natural healing, higher consciousness, and inner power
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching — for meaning, for purpose, for myself. I’ve explored countless paths: from working in restaurants to lifeguarding, from barista to law enforcement intern, from teaching to social work. Every role taught me something, but nothing ever felt like it. Still, one truth ran through it all — I’ve always wanted to help people.
My deepest awakening came through two initiations: one from loss, the other from healing.
The first was the passing of my grandmother, Gaggy — my soulmate in this life, my number one supporter, and the original inspiration behind my first business. While caring for her through chronic illness and her final days, something lit up inside me. I became obsessed with natural health, nutrition, and the healing arts. She always believed in my path, even when I didn’t know what it was. “This means something,” she said, watching me study her scans — and she was right. Her essence still lives through everything I create.
The second initiation came through reclaiming my own health. For five years, I lived with a diagnosis of genital herpes (HSV-1). I was told it was incurable. I was told I’d just have to manage it. But something in me refused to believe that. I stopped outsourcing my health to doctors. I turned inward. I committed to a fully vegan, alkaline lifestyle, used herbal medicine, rewired my subconscious mind, immersed myself in healing frequencies, and reconnected with nature and my spirit.
And it worked.
Through intention, faith, and devotion — I healed myself. My test results confirmed what my intuition already knew: the virus was gone. I had done what I was told was impossible. And now, I live to share that truth with others.
Today, I continue this mission not only through my business, but also through my work in the Wellness Department at a local health food store. I spend my days surrounded by herbs, minerals, plant-based remedies, and healing foods — guiding others toward natural solutions, answering questions, and offering insight grounded in lived experience. I don’t just study this — I embody it. And every conversation is an opportunity to help someone remember what their body already knows: it was made to heal.
But more than anything, I’m here to help people awaken — to who they really are, to what’s possible, to the power they hold. I’ve walked through the darkness. I’ve faced shame, confusion, and hopelessness. And I’ve come out the other side with clarity, conviction, and proof that the body — and life — can transform.
Now, I coach and create from that place. I teach what I’ve lived. I guide others back to themselves. And I speak from a deep knowing that true healing is always an inside job.
This space is a reflection of everything I’ve lived, loved, and learned — a blend of healing, creativity, remembrance, and soul. It’s a continuation of the business I once started in honor of Gaggy, reborn now with deeper roots and higher purpose. Every offering, whether it’s a journal entry, a handmade item, a one-on-one session, or a healing truth I’ve lived through, carries the energy of love, intention, and remembrance.
I believe the body was designed to heal.
I believe the mind is a portal.
I believe you are your own medicine.
And I believe you’re not here to suffer — you’re here to remember.
Welcome home.
